Animal cells don't have cell walls. Is this a mistake?

Only plant cells have cell walls. It is not a mistake that the animal cell doesn't have one.

Do you need a magnetic surface for it to work?

Why does the animal cell picture have a cell wall????? Animal cells have a plasma (cell membrane). Plant cells have a plasma membrane AND cell wall. The picture is confusing.

I believe the picture is an old one. Earlier comments from 2016 indicate the product description has been changed, but it appears they have not changed the pictures on the Amazon product page. That may be something you want to point out to the manufacturer.
