The microfiber mop is great, and they gave a free extra one too. But the mopstick was so flimsy, it's rusted and broken after barely 3 months' use.Unable to source a replacement handle, so now I have 2 great mopheads -one used and one brand new - which cannot be used because there's no handle.Not worth the price, very disappointed at such poor quality.

After using the Gala spin mop for 4 years, this twist mop is painful :P.. I had to order this as Gala spin mop refills were unavailable during the lockdown.The microfibre head has a scrubber attached to it (?!) to presumably help to scrub off any dirt on the floor. The mop head becomes heavy once soaked in water and if it’s not squeezed properly, it’s ineffective. The twisting mechanism seems easy but if you twist too hard, the mop head just unscrews off 😆.. It comes with a free extra mop head. But this mop is definitely not worth the 775/- I paid for it!

Once you soak the mop into water, it becomes very heavy, unlike other mops. It is not user friendly plus it’s very difficult to squeeze. It has very sharp edges which can hurt the fingers. Wouldn’t suggest it. Not worth the money.Plus, it doesn’t suck water, the micro fibre cloth is not of good quality. It doesn’t clean well, oil have to manually wipe the floor with hand towel later.

It's working well so far; however, the absorption is less than what was described. The handle shows some signs of breaking at a point I used very little compared to my other mops. The quality definitely needs to be improved significantly for the price given.

This is a good quality twist mop but when soaked in the water it gets little heavy but we will get used to it once it is used continuously. Once the water is squeezed out of the mop around 80% of the water is removed. Cleans the floor well without any water spillage. The quality is good and also got a spare mop along with this one.

It will clean the floor nicely but the problem is most of the time mop will remain dirty due to the dust. We have to wash it multiple times to remove the dirt. Also it requires more power to squeeze.
