Great and work with our HP nicely.
Arrived on time and good price. Can't use and don't want the fake with our printer.

expensive but lasts quite awhile. Only use HP and have not tried the cheaper knockoffs.

Be. Careful I need to bring this to the attention of Amazon.
The Hewlett-Packard ink that I ordered through Amazon, unfortunately was identified today as a un acknowledge cartridge and my printer refused to work. This is the second time that I have had this problem. I originally bought originally bought in May, but have been struggling to print thinking it was my computer, however when I actually went and accessed the printer, it said it was a counterfeit, and the printer wouldn’t work. This was the second ink refill supposedly from Hewlett Packard. Now I’m stuck have no print and my computer and my printer refuses to work.

Black Cartridge quit printing after less than 10 pages
Update 2: I contacted Amazon and will get a replacement, so I am satisfied. I'm changing my overall stars to 4 inplace of 1 and instead of 5, just because of the inconvenience and time spent getting a replacement and getting resolution to this situation. Update: I ordered a new cartridge and it is working. So it was a problem with that particular cartridge. I will try to get a refund for it. I installed the black cartridge and printed a few documents. Later, tried to print and got message that cartridge was not communicating with printer. Tried removing and reinstalling, turning printer off and back on. Still won't print. Also, it is hard to remove the old cartridge and install a new one.
