this is excellent. The flavor is spot on, a little sweet, minimal aftertaste. MUCH better than the chocolate one for your sweet tooth.

Been on keto for a year now and was looking for keto friendly cereal. Was not excepting much, but really like it. Of course not as good as regular cereal, but I like it. Not cheap for how much you get, but nothing keto friendly is.

This stuff is very expensive but the taste is fine if you are adjusted to eating little sweets already. If new to keto its not going to taste amazing to go from sugar filled food to this. The cinnamon is great and it takes the sweet tooth edge off for me I mix it with almond milk and unsweetened chocolate.

I’m only giving 3 stars because they just.. ok. I ordered the maple. It does not taste like maple. It tastes like butterscotch. Exactly like the butterscotch chips on on the baking aisle in the grocery store. I think they are better as a little sweet crunchy snack than in a cereal bowl. The milk drowns the flavor. I was hoping for a true maple syrup waffle flavor. I don’t think I will buy these again, the price is very high as well.

Love the crunch, and this and dark chocolate are my favorites. Helps me keep my A1C where it should be while allowing me to have something so delicious for a snack.

This is my first review on Amazon. I never review anything. This cereal is so bad I had to share my thoughts. Tastes like a bowl of sweaty socks and maple syrup. Actually gaged trying to finish a bowl of this.

My absolute FAVORITE!! I was so sad when they stopped making the Maple Waffle because it’s my literal favorite cereal 😭 I’m SO happy it’s back 💗 Tastes like the best pancakes/waffles! Amazing for Keto diets!

I am a type 1 diabetic who needs to inject insulin four times a day. My diet should be high in protein and fiber, low in sugar, especially added sugars. I also have to be very careful about how many carbs I take-in. Catalina Crunch Cereal has been a great addition to my diet! I have tried all of the different brands they offer and I have no favorite - I like them all! I eat it more often right out of the pouch as a tasty, filling snack, but it is excellent as a breakfast cereal eaten with milk. I have been buying Catalina Crunch cereals for about 6 months now, and haven't grown tired of them. Again, there is much variety with all of the different flavors so I alternate. I highly recommend this if you're a diabetic and would like to try something new that won't escalate your glucose levels and is very enjoyable! If you're not a diabetic I also recommend it highly for the great taste and source of high protein and fiber, with almost no sugar!

Great flavour, great texture! Slight after-taste, not sure what that is but worth it anyway.

These are worth a try if you want something new, but way too expensive. PROS: -great crunch -nice flavor -surprisingly filling -healthy ingredients CONS: -way too expensive -slight bitter aftertaste
