The double-sided foam tape mounting pads truly deliver when it comes to strength and hold. I used these to mount a lightweight shelf and some decorative hooks on drywall, and each has remained firmly in place despite moderate weight and occasional use. The foam cushion provides a bit of flexibility, which helps in slightly uneven surfaces, and the adhesive backing was very easy to apply and press into place. On top of that, removing the backing and positioning the tape was clean and straightforward — no mess. One minor caveat: when repositioning after the initial press, the adhesive loses some of its immediate stickiness, so I recommend carefully planning the placement before pressing them down for good. But once set, they stayed put with no drift or slippage. I have been trying to hang some art and small shelves in my apartment without drilling into the walls and these foam pads actually hold way better than I expected. Put some up a few weeks ago and nothing has moved or slipped at all which is a relief. The variety of shapes in the pack is really convenient because you can pick whatever fits the item you are mounting. One thing to know is that once you press them down you basically cannot reposition so make sure you measure first before committing.

I use these for many things. Strong adhesive and you can stack them if you need thicketlthicker ones. Perfect size. Big enough to use just inr, but you can always just add more if you need a bigger area covered. that holds well. I haven't had any fail yet. Easy to use they are covered with plastic on both sides. Just peel it off. I'm holding my thermostat to the wall with one square in each corner so they're strong.

I've used these in several places around the house. The adhesion is strong, but definitely removable. Just wipe the surface down with IPA beforehand and be smart with how you mount things. It was only able to hold a fully loaded surge protector mounted horizontally for a few months before falling off, but has been holding the same surge protector mounted upside down with no problems. The foam is pretty thick at 2.2mm but is easy to cut with a regular pair of scissors. When peeling them off, the adhesive layer sticks to the surface better than the foam.

I bought this double-sided foam tape to hang towels behind the door and keep things more organized. At first, it seemed like a simple and practical solution. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as strong as I expected. After a short time, the pads started to come loose, especially with the weight of the towels and regular use. It might work for very lightweight items, but for anything that needs stronger hold, it didn’t work well for me. In my case, it didn’t meet my needs.

Works perfectly as advertised. Great value for the quantity. I appreciate the variety. I use fewer of these than other brands. Can cut them to size or shape easily. Very sticky. Will buy again when needed.

Comes in a water proof resealable zip-bag. You get an assortment of rectangular and circular sizes. My first application of this was to attach a bubble level indicator to my trailer frame (one side attached to plastic bullseye level, the other attached to painted steel). Exposed to the elements, and after 2,000 km of being towed in sometimes inhospitable environments, the level has not come off yet. This is a solid test result, and enough for me to say it's worth the money.

They're the right level of sticky for these large wall cloth hangings. I can hang the whole weight on one of them. But I can also peel the tapestry off of the pads to readjust without causing damage. I haven't seen any issues with the adhesive separating off of the foam or any other issues.

The top layer peeled off my bathroom cabinet, but elsewhere it sticks well. It’s good to have different sizes, good variety. Overall it’s an ok product from 3M

Needed this for sticking my Corsair Commander Pro to my computer. It was identical to the original tape that came with the product. This stuff just works. Really is incredible the adhesive power that these tape pieces possess.
