Good product

This Glutamine could be one of, if not the most underrated and undervalued supplements for improving your health, wellness, and athletic performance. Compared to other sports nutrition products, glutamine may not directly influence athletic performance outcomes such as speed, strength, and rep volume. What it does do, however, is keep your body working like a well-oiled machine. Studies prove that l-glutamine benefits your immune system health, digestive health, and accelerates the recovery process. In fact, glutamine could be the best supplement for post-workout muscle recovery. L-glutamine is what’s known as a conditionally essential amino acid. Conditional means that in certain conditions, it becomes essential to supplement or obtain from dietary sources. Your body naturally produces glutamine, yet in times of severe physical stress or trauma, such as prolonged workout durations, and high-intensity training, glutamine stores may become depleted, making it necessary to replenish and restore through supplementation. The twenty amino acids, l-glutamine is the most abundant and naturally occurring amino acid in the human body, constructing nearly 60% of the amino acid pool in your muscle tissue. Like other essential amino acids, yet unlike non-essential amino acids naturally produced by the body, l-glutamine can cross the blood-brain barrier, giving it the ability to freely enter the brain, making it vital in the process of nitrogen transport, acid-base regulation, gluconeogenesis, while also working as a precursor of nucleotide bases and the antioxidant glutathione. GNC L-Glutamine is one of the best muscle building and muscle recovery supplements now day in market.

Even though the price is a bit high, it lasts long. Glutamine gives some people, including me, a headache. So i just space out the doses. And I could see the benefit in my gut health. Highly recommend this product !

Doubtful product

Great product

Very poor quality not dissolved in water hard granules not orignal i think expire

Good and effective

My hematologist recommended this to me in place of a prescription grade L-Glutamine which has an exorbitant co-pay. He said GNC's brand is equivalent in the medical purpose for which he prescribes this amino acid. I have been using this brand over a year and it's now difficult to find in the store. I normally buy the 181 serving size, but no one has it. Anyway, it dissolves easily, has no residual grains left in the liquid, and is clean in taste. All the others I've used have a kind of metallic taste, but not this one. I mix it with water and drink it down. Others, I have to mix with seltzer to cover that taste. I wish you had the large 181 serving container, but I will continue to buy 6 of this size at a time since I take it 2x a day and cannot be without it. I love this brand better than any other I have tried. This brand is the best of the 5 I have tried.

GNC products are always on point…glutamine is not a complicated product to make but you know the product from gnc is as pure as it gets.
