These have worked very well for heels and elbows. The adult using them is very, very thin and primarily bed ridden. They fit comfortably and don’t bunch up or roll around. I don’t remember if they come in just one size. If they do they may would be too tight at the open ends for an average adult.

Fits but too tight

If you expect color to be teal, it is not. Light blue. But it is nicely padded and handles machine wash and dry (I use low heat) with no issues.

After trying another brand that was marketed to adults but too small for most, I found these. Soft, good padding and fits beautifully without constricting the arm, yet stays put where it should. I got these for cubital tunnel in my elbow, and this makes everyday functioning considerably more comfortable.

Have a thin arm and this is too tight.

I followed the instructions for sizing and ended up trying L, XL, and finally found out that I needed a XXL, in order for them not to cut off the circulation and cause swelling in my wrist and hand.

I’ve had this horrific heel pain for 8 months so far! Once I found these my healing process finally began. The cushion is what does it! After trying the 1st pair, I ordered another. Putting 2 on each foot enabled me to work, and able to walk when I get home. I also have a separate pair for mornings wearing w/slipper socks, these heal protectors, and slippers. I would not make it w/o these. If you suffer from this pain you must try these!

I had to return, the elastic was so tight I got a bruise on my arm after wearing it for several hours. I'm 5'3" and about 125 lbs. so I'm not huge. Other than that I liked the padding.
