This stuff works for long term pedicure damaged nails.
I think my toenails had damage from persistent pedicures over years, as they were starting to be super thick, couldnโt hold the polish anymore because of it, and would even peel. So I started using this as directed 11/1/25 (twice daily for a week and once daily after that), and also changed my diet a little based on some internet research in case that mightโve helped. Itโs been 6 months now and my nails are finally showing new growth that is very clearly healthier than that before it. I read it can take a year for a full new toenail to grow, so the progress seems on track, but Iโm just pleased that the new nail growth is now coming in normal again, no discoloration or funny thickness. It takes time, but this stuff def works for long-term pedicure damage.

Works, just not a miracle.
Personally, I think this product does a decent job. If you have brittle nails, it will most likely take a variety of different techniques to improve your nails. I noticed a while back that taking a AREDS2 improved my nails also. The only problem was I was taking a lot of the vitamin and itโs costly. By taking AREDS, daily nail care and using Kersal, my nails improved. However, if you have brittle, easily damaged nails, you will always have a challenge. The picture of my nails is over a one month period.

Does what itโs supposed to, but read the full product description & box instructions first
I have nail psoriasis, not nail fungus and I bought this to help exfoliate and thin my toenails. After a week, I havenโt seen much difference in the physical appearance of my toenails, but they are much less brittle. It was much easier to trim them. That said, I donโt think Iโll buy more when the bottle runs out. Iโll apply a weak lactic acid or a salicylic acid serum on my nails instead because itโs cheaper. I noticed it beads off the nail instead of absorbing if I tried to put it on too soon after a shower because my nails are still saturated with water and if I didnโt wash my feet with soap before putting it on before bed because lotion from the day is enough of a barrier. Since it is an exfoliant, you have to be mindful about how much you put on (it says thin layer!), particularly at the start to check for lactic acid and urea sensitivities. If you apply it all over the place or on broken skin thinking itโs antifungal, you could be in for a rude surprise with a lot of skin irritation. Especially if youโre already doing a lot of exfoliation on your feet with pumice, glass files, or peeling foot masks.

Repairs Damaged Nails Quickly.
I bought a bottle of Kerasal Multi Purpose Nail Repair on Nov. 16, 2025. I've been using it as directed for one month. I bought this product as a treatment for peeling nails. My nails had a melt down about 6 weeks ago. First one nail broke and began peeling, then within a week all of the rest of my nails began peeling. I'm not sure what caused this to happen. I don't recall using any harsh detergents or other cleaning products. Maybe it was cold weather. I still do not know why the nails suddenly began peeling. The Kerasal nail repair made my nails look better immediately. After the first time I used it, the peeling edges of my nails were less visible. The nails looked smoother. As a result, I was less inclined to pick at them. After four weeks of continued use, the peeling seems controlled and my nails look healthier and smoother. I know the damaged edges will take another month or so to grow out. My one gripe about the Kerasal is that it takes forever to dry on the nails. It looks wet and oily and is too easy to rub off if you're not careful. While the Kerasal improves the appearance of the nails quickly, complete repair is a gradual process.

No Before or After Picture Boo Hoo
I've been using Kerasal as directed morning and evening for about 10 days now and the vertical lines in my nails seems to be lightening up, they're not as deep. They are much better than they were but I don't expect the lines to totally disappear. I would be extremely surprised if they disappeared completely. The product seems to be working. I'm pleased. Gee I didn't think about taking a before and current picture. Wish I would have thought of that before I started. Just came to my mind by seeing Share a video or photo here. Too bad.

OMG It WORKS!!!!
I can't believe this stuff really works, but it does. 10 years ago when I was 9 months pregnant, I had a pedicure and the technician was incredibly rough. I didn't say much and endured the painful pedicure. Fast forward 3 weeks and I noticed the top layer of my nail polish started to peel off on my big toe, ALONG WITH layers of my toenail. I was horrified. I've never had any kind of nail infection and I was convinced I had caught something from the salon. I tried all kinds of over-the-counter remedies with no luck. As the nail continued to grow, it rippled and became bumpy, white and flakey. This made me feel really self-conscious. I went to a pediatrist and also to my dermatologist- both of whom said my toenail had no infection, but was in fact growing funky due to trauma to the nail bed, caused by the aggressive nail tech at that pedicure appointment. I'd dealt with this embarrassing nail for 9 years and was told by both doctors that nothing further would work. They both said since it was nail trauma and if it hadn't cleared up in all of these years, it's was going to be this way for the rest of my life. I thought I would try one last thing and looked up options for nail repair. I found Kerasal on Amazon and saw that it had great reviews, so figured I'd give it a shot. I've been using it pretty regularly for the past few months and this is the first time in almost 10 years that my nail is growing out smooth and clear again (without the flakey, dry, white layers peeling off). The nail is growing completely normal now except my cuticle remains a little more pink than my undamaged other nails and the cuticle is slightly lifted from the nail. I'm so relieved that this product truly, truly works! I was regimented about using it and would use it every morning and night for a while and then once a day for a while. I never had any adverse side effects or anything from using it too much. It's worked miracles for me and I hope it works for you too. In the photo attached, you can see the tip of the nail is still slightly bumpy with a ridge where it's still growing out- but you can see that the new growth is smooth. (Also, the nail looks yellow in the photo but isn't in person). I have no idea if I'll need to continue using this product to keep a normal looking nail forever, but it's worth it to me to have as part of my regimen since it works. If you've tried everything else for a nail with trauma to the nail bed, and if doctors have said you're stuck with an ugly nail for the rest of eternity, try this! (It takes a few months to see it growing smooth, but it WORKS)! Good luck!!

Helped improve the look of my toenails - it's not a fungal problem though
My big toenails have been getting thicker as I age and they look weird. Both my podiatrist and my regular doctor said it's not toenail fungus. It's just aging. Kerasol nail repair corrects the appearance of toenails no matter what the cause is. It took a couple of months to see improvement, but they do look better now.

Effective
I had one damaged toenail from previous trauma that grows slowly but was thickened at places. It's also brittle and keeps breaking with new nail growing underneath. Decided to try this out after reading lots of reviews and was amazed how quickly it works. It thins the old nail easily to allow new growth. New nail takes a long time but this certainly makes it easier.

Makes the nail look better
I have used other Kersal nail products, but this seems to be the better version. It does help the nail look better, but it doesn't address the main problem, which is a fungal infection on the nail. I give it 3 stars, as my nail does look a bit better than before. Still need to see a doctor to find out what the fungus is under the nailbed.
