Perfect for making thin chocolates
Perfect for making solid, thin chocolates, such as chocolate nut bar or peppermint bark. You'll get that perfect ratio. I don't recommend for chocolate with fillings such as caramel or Dubai filling. Easy to use and clean. Perfect size for making thin bars. Make sure the chocolate is tempered for an easier release. If the chocolate hasn't fully tempered and you have difficulties removing it from the mold then place it into the freezer and it should pop out.

Great mold, I recommend it!
Although that was my first experience chocolate making, it was a great one. I liked this mold a lot. I made milk and dark chocolate and filled them with different fillings like nuts. It was so easy to release the chocolates from the mold. It was also shiny and easy to clean . 💕

Perfect Chocolate Bars - Easily pop out of mold and look beautiful
I am so pleased with this mold. I made dark chocolate candy bars which so easily popped out of the mold and looked perfect & beautiful. I like the dividing squares into individual pieces which helps keep in mind portion sizes. As others have shared, it's probably best to just wipe them clean rather than actually wash them which is what I did. The mold EASILY wipes clean - no need to wash. Highly recommend!

So nice I bought two more!
I bought one of these molds to make milk chocolate hazelnut bars. Super solid construction! Very heavy duty. The only issue I had was I had more chocolate in my standard batch than it could hold. So I bought two more! I do wish it was made in the USA, but not much I can do about that.

small choc bar mold - pretty good
I have used this mold a fair bit, and the results have always been good. It is a fairly light-weight polycarbonate, and although I would have preferred a heavier, more solid mold, it does what it needs to do. The mold makes 8 small bars of chocolate, with each bar having 6 pieces. When filled correctly (with chocolate) the bars are approximately 20grams each - perfect for a small treat, without going overboard!
