Great product
I love that you can see a 6" target 100 yards away, like it is right in from of you. Use it on your smartphone or tablet. Each shot is numbered and colored if you want. Images and clarity is super. Next I will use it at 300 yards.

Amazing & Convenient Camera - Terrible Battery Life...
I was on the fence w/ the SME (SpotShot), which I saw all over the place @ a SoCal Tournament, but video quality (per reviews) was iffy. I opted for the LONGSHOT based on the quality reviews, but there's obviously a price to pay for better vids/pics & a relatively decent app (I paired to my iPad to keep my phone free).Onto the review... I was the only parent in our section (outdoor Tournament) that had a scope camera (others had binoculars, phone/zoom attachments or mini video cameras w/ very decent zoom, but looked like Doc Ock w/ cables dangling/connected to a monitor & having to be within the vicinity of the camera. One of the parents next to us was blown away with us just sitting in our chairs (in the shade), with our scope 10 feet away while we're just staring & zooming into an iPad (we're easily 100 yards from our daughter, with our daughter shooting another 60 meters to the target), but was no issue at all piggy-backing this camera off of a Vortex Diamondback HD 20-60x85 (DS-85A).Less than 2 hours later though? NOTHING. No power (no warning either before it powered off) & no outlets to plug in. 2 hours barely covered 1 round considering the # of competitors, then we were back to standing up to stare into the scopes or take pics through the scope w/ our phones. Pic/Vid quality was "decent" (nothing like looking directly into the Vortex), but still looked good & was BEYOND convenient (though horrendous battery life was an absolute buzzkill). It was so bad (even trying to optimize, by powering off/on during breaks & only enabling when absolutely necessary), I ended up picking up an Anker 521 Portable Power Station in preparation for the next tournament, just so I can have an easily accessible power outlet to have this thing plugged in to ensure we can watch every end without any concerns. Had this device had a higher-output battery (or come with an extra battery considering the $), this would easily be 4+ stars scope camera...

Works very well. Clear image. A little too bulky. Should be blue tooth
Works as advertised. It is very very helpful to see the target on your iPhone. No need to look through scope. You can mark previous shots, which helps using target for about 30 shots without having to make marks on the paper. It is however too large. Significant bulk when you’re already carrying a lot of stuff in range bag. It’s size could perfectly be reduced to a small cylinder that can turn. Also, communication should be blue tooth. This WiFi thing is bothersomeI would buy again unless there was something smaller

Great range tool.
I like the ability to see my shots on my tablet up close. I was not impressed with the view with my present spotting scope. Maybe a higher end scope would improve upon that. I'm still having issues saving my recordings.

Bogus advertising tricked me into buying this
I watched several you tube reviews and ads for this . Not one person mentioned you have to come off scope and physical touch your phone screen to mark your shot. It's not automatic like all the you tubers and manufacturers videos insinuated. Picture was good but it seems useless since it doesn't mark the shot automatically. I was able to film some shots at a mile but again, I had to come off scope to touch the screen to mark them. Very pointless. And it's hard to do. Had to redo that several times on each shot and couldn't get it marked right where the splash was. Mount was good. Was able to securely mount it to my spotting scope easily.. if you're hoping it will mark your misses forget it. It doesn't do what all the hype eludes to it doing. It's just a cam that mounts well to spotting scopes and sends live images to your phone or tablet. Hell, I can see through my scope what I'm doing. I wanted it to record and automatically mark the shots and misses. Nope..just use your phone and get a good mount. Save your money. The hype is just hype. Returned it
