Decent item based on price point
This is plastic chain, very lightweight but also very easy to cut and hang. The S hooks and the carabiners are a nice addition to the package and made it easier for me to hang the chain as I needed - an S hook on the more "permanent" side and a carabiner on the side that I will remove and replace on a daily basis. I will be using it outside the entire month of December and I don't see any reason that it won't last not only this year, but for years to come.

Bright and nice but flimsy and breaks easily.
Needed brightly cored chain to keep customers out of my auto bay but this is flimsy and weak. Constantly broke links. Wouldn't recommend. Spend a little more and get something better.

Good News: comes with repair links. Bad News: you need them as links disintegrate in outdoor use
Lightweight inexpensive chain may work for indoor use, but within days outdoors links break apart from self-weight of chain alone. Included clips and repair links are nice but needing to replace several within the first couple weeks of use is disappointing. Sad face.

Don’t buy for goat collars.
I bought to use as collars for my goats. Too lightweight. Just grabbed onto to stop goat snd it broke. Do bot buy for this use
