When my son tried to put this scooter together, he found that when the nut was tightened, the wheel would not go round, and if it was left loose it would most likely fall off, and so it was not fit for purpose.But, I have to say that I give this company full marks for their customer service. They gave me 100% refund immediately and didn't think it worth sending the item back, as they are in China so the cost is prohibitive, not that it would benefit me to keep it as it won't work!
