I did not receive instructions. Does anyone know how to use it? I just used the brush to apply, and had to rub it off to be able to walk on carpet.

It is a moisturizer, so massage it into the skin. I also use this product, and prefer to dip a finger into the product, rather than use the brush. A little goes a long way...

Can I use this on my legs as well?

Since it's pricey, I would just use on heels & balls of feet. It would b fine on legs too if the price is not a problem!

Is this meant to be use nightly or is it more of once a week?

I actually use it a few times a week, usually after a shower or in the morning before I put on socks and sneakers.

Do you recommend refrigerating the honey heel serum?

I never refrigerated my honey heel serum and kept it in the bathroom. Never had any problems with it and it worked very well on dried, cracked heels. It's a good product that I would not hesitate to recommend.
