I am super impressed with shake the weight diet shakes chocolate mint flavourWithin the first two weeks I have dropped over half a stone. I have been very disciplined intended to have a shake in the morning then one at lunch and then an evening balance meal.I’ve also bought the caramel chocolate shake the weight bars and I had previously had the coconut bars. ich habe mir diesen Shake aus neugier gekauft , ich muss sagen geschmacklich echt klasse. Ich habe Schoko mit Minze probiert, er schmeckt lecker und nach dem trinken habe ich 3-4 Stunden kein hungergefühl,ich trinke ihn gerne mal zwischendurch im Spätdienst so kann ich gut eine Mahlzeit ersetzen und merke auch schon das ich langsam an Gewicht verliere .
