Yes based on the instructions . I personally didn’t use it for infant pups

Is the tubing long enough for me to use this to listen to my own baby's heart?

Yes, the tubing is sufficiently long to reach down a pregnant belly. Usually the best way to hear the baby‘s heartbeat is with Doppler machine, or ultrasound. I have no worked in Obstetrics for a really long time, so I may not be the best to ask.

I switched to the bell option, now I can't seem to get it to switch back to the diaphragm mode no matter how many times I turn it. Can this be fixed?

I had the same problem, but I did as suggested and gripped the end of the tube tightly where the metal piece connects and it clicked back to the diaphragm mode. It works great.

Are the threaded metal parts of the earpieces available for sale? Mine unscrewed and was lost and I am trying to replace it.

Not certain, I've only had mine for a few weeks and it came with replacement earpieces.
