This is a well designed, solid, very portable speaker. If you can catch one on sale, get it. The carabiner is a nice plus. Fairly water resistant, pretty resistant to being dropped, very small and decent battery life. The sound is good for a speaker this small, but do not expect great bass or depth. The speakers are just too small. But the music is very listenable with the speaker close by. Where it excels is for mid-range things like podcasts, as an external speaker for your laptop or phone, movies (sans bass), and so on. I have a nice Chromebook, but the speakers are too low volume. This mini speaker solves that problem well. Same for my phone. The sound is clear and very decent all things considered. Just be realistic in your expectations. It's also very solid and easy to operate. The bluetooth works very well. It connects in just a few seconds usually and does not disconnect too quickly if you have paused your music or whatever as some speakers do. It's plenty loud if you keep it close. It will NOT fill a room with sound. but one should not expect a speaker this small to do that. The voice when it turns on/off does not bother me that much as it is not painfully loud, but might annoy some. The controls (on top, from left to right: on/off, volume down, volume up) are a bit hard to see, but a minor issue as you quickly know them by position. Overall, this does exactly what you want from a speaker this size. I am very satisfied with mine.

This tiny speaker has amazing sound! You can feel the bass thumping when you have it in your hand. I saw other reviewers say that they thought the volume was inadequate (and maybe it is for them?), but I feel it is fine. I have used it inside and outside and could easily hear and enjoy the music it was playing. It was one of the easiest devices to pair with my phone. It starts and stops without any hassles. I love this speaker!

This speaker is very affordable for a waterproof Bluetooth speaker, and so far it has been worth the money. It connected very easily to my phone and in the months I’ve had it, I have no issues with it connecting automatically. It’s small, so very easy to stick somewhere in my shower. And I can confirm that it is waterproof, as I’ve dropped it in the shower right into the water, and it still works just the same. The sound quality is solid, though nothing that will blow you away. Considering that I live in an apartment and need to be mindful of volume, I’m grateful that I don’t have to worry too much with this speaker. The battery life seems to last pretty well, though I will say that constantly playing it on the highest volume drained the battery much quicker than using a lower volume. And when it’s getting low, it charges quite quickly, usually less than an hour. Overall, if you’re looking for something simple, waterproof, and not concerned about incredible bass, this is a really solid option.

I've had this little speaker for over a year now and it's still going strong. It is amazing! I use it at my hot tub. It lasts at least a week (use it maybe 3x a week for several hours at a time) before needing a charge. When it is about to die the blue light starts flashing and it beeps regularly. I can keep my phone in the house (maybe 10 ft away thru cement walls?) and it stays connected and I can even use it for phone calls (sim to speaker phone) I like that I can move the radio to random spots as I need it. Volume is great (put the volume up to a good level on your phone then you can adjust within a margin on the speaker with the arrow buttons). Speaker is loud enough and sound is good for me to hear over the jets but not blasting the neighbors (but I probably could make it do that to a point if I wanted). If you are looking for 'awesome stereo sound' then maybe it's not for you (be reasonable - the thing is tiny). But I think it's good and I listen to music and books while in the tub and several friends have been surprised at how good it sounds especially considering the size. (sounds good with books read by male or female voice - the 'tone' range is equal) My favorite story tho I want to share..... 2 days ago I wasn't paying attention when I put the cover on my tub and I knocked the radio into the water. I found it there floating in the water over 24 hrs later. I was devastated but had to try it.... This little radio started right up and only had a few minutes of 'tingy' sound then it returned to normal. I am stunned. the charging port is covered by a rubber cover that you have to press to make sure it's sealed (super easy to do). I'm sure because I had sealed this cover, the radio survived hot water dunking for over 24 hrs. I'm not sure this radio would work for something like a backyard party or be good for yard work when you are walking around and don't have the radio right next to you at all times. But. If you want it at your bedside, or in the shower/bathtub, or at a pool/hot tub.....this radio would be perfect. SUPER waterproof. Totally worth the price. Easy to align to your phone. No issues at all with wifi. long battery. I love this speaker!!!!

This thing is smaller than it appears in the photos. Upon unboxing it, I was not expecting a lot. It paired easily with my phone and I was immediately able to stream some music to it. The sound quality is pleasant - neutral sounding and clean. Bass response is not great, but I didn't expect it to rattle the windows - it is very small. Altec Lansing was, at one time, THE standard for high quality sound reproduction. They dominated cinema sound well into the 1970s and original Altec Lansing equipment brings BIG money on the collector's market. This product doesn't shame the name it bears, but don't expect bone-shaking, ear breaking sound. It's just not big enough for that. I bought this for my wife, who simply wanted something she could take to the beach. She likes to listen to audio books and sometimes music, and this is perfect for that. She can clip it to her beach chair (it even comes with a clip for this) and clearly hear what she wants to hear, without disturbing everyone around her. If you want a good description of the sound quality, think good laptop speakers - WAY better quality than you'll get from your phone. It's a great choice for close listening (less than 15 feet or so) and the battery life seems sufficient. For the size, this little speaker does a great job. I'd buy it again.

Purchased this to have with me while I am out hiking or playing disc golf. The size is great, the price was great but I was very disappointed with sound quality. I have attributed Altec Lansing to be more of higher quality when it comes to sound fidelity but this thing does not seem to live up to the name. At lower volumes it is totally acceptable but if you're wanting to hear it any further than say 10-15ft then you will start to hear the speakers crack a bit trying to attain the higher volume. I unfortunately cannot give any reasonable or fair opinion on the battery life as I have had very inconsistent use with the speaker. Sometimes I'd listen to it for a few hours 5 days a week while other times I'd go weeks without turning it on. Which brings me to my last comment, the voice that lets you know the device is on, which everyone who has one can attest to, is incredibly loud and in my opinion unacceptable. You can only turn on the device with the physical button, so why does it require such a high volume to simply say "Device is powered on"? It also lets you know when a device is connected as well as turning off. It's an okay speaker and it has worked in the cold, warm, humid, and dry seasons for me with no issues, as I'd expect from a weather proof device. It just has some slight downfalls that really take away from the experience but at the same time I do not feel burned because it is a cheap speaker.

Estoy muy satisfecho con el producto, es de buena calidad y por el precio ofrece excelentes prestaciones. Super portable y ligera y resistente, en cuanto al sonido tiene agudos claros y bajos respetables tomando en cuenta el tamaño del altavoz la conexión es rápida y sin trabas aparte de tener un buen rango de distancia. En cuanto a la batería si queda un poco corta, también dependiendo el volumen al que lo uses en un volumen al 70% te estará dando entre 3 horas y media a 4 horas aproximadamente. Lo único que no me tiene tan contento es que en las imágenes del producto aparece con puerto de 3.5 mm para auxiliar, y mi altavoz sólo presenta el puerto para carga que es de usb micro. Fuera de eso la recomiendo ampliamente!

Bought this to go in a Lego Retro Radio 10334 - sound quality is excellent, and the speaker fits neatly into the back of the radio. Quick to charge up and easy to pair with iPhone.
