MEEDEN Large H Frame Easel: Holds Canvases Up to 78" Painting Easel

This easel is brilliant! It's even better than I expected. Though a little time consuming, due to the fact I have MS and I'm left handed (i.e. for me the screws have to go in 'backwards'!) but actually, easy to assemble following the clear booklet pictures and it looks fantastic. Very impressed the Philips screwdriver was included too. Quite heavy and solid so I put it together in place of where I want to use it. I'm absolutely trilled with the purchase. Thank you.

I am so pleased that I decided to buy this easel. It arrived the next day, well packaged and in perfect condition. We did struggle a bit with the assembly to start with, but once the base was in place it got more straightforward - took us around one and a half hours but once it was 'up and running' we were very impressed. It is structurally sound, easy to adjust (for height and angle for whatever medium you use) and I have it in pride of place because it is a very nice piece of furniture. I was previously using a desktop easel but got fed up with my canvasses sliding about. That will not be happening with my Meeden. For any artist, budding or professional, I can strongly recommend this easel. Ticks all the boxes!

I bought this because my desk easel collapsed in the middle of a painting. I doubt this one would in a million years. It is very solid and looks great. It comes with clear assembly pictorial instructions. However for my eyes these were a bit too small and I found putting the the base together a bit of challenge and not that clear from the pictures. Once Id worked out the order in which to fasten the base pieces together it came together very quickly and I love it

I have been an artist for over 60 years and thought it was time to treat myself to a new easel. The Meeden easel had good reviews so yesterday I put in my order on Amazon, the easel arrived this morning and after under an hour I had assembled it and put it in my studio. The instructions were very clear with all parts labelled and although I do not have any technical skills I had no problems with assembling it. The quality of the parts is excellent and the finish of the beechwood is beautiful. This easel is well worth the price in fact it is probably under priced.

Beautiful piece. Super easy to put together by one person, although after studying the instructions I thought that a piece (no 7) was missing. It had in fact already been assembled. Once I realised it took 30 minutes to assembled. Really sturdy and beautifully finished. It will last more than a lifetime

Absolutely love it. Took a little while to assemble but all parts were clearly labelled. Doesn’t take up much room. Very sturdy. Folds flat for storage.😁

Bought this as a gif for my mother in law, assembly was easy and the easel is sturdy. A well finished wood, feels very premium.

Checked all parts 1 item missing bottom plate C pressure plate end of turnbuckle. Being a competent DIYer I went ahead and assembled Easel. Just under 2 hours owing to poor instruction sheet. Would I recommend. Easel ? Sturdy materials appear good quality. I have to source a pressure plate in order the main adjustment for height can be used to accommodate a canvas. Minus 1 star for poor instructions. Minus 1 star for missing part. It’s not easy if a part is missing Amazon would require a return then to reorder. Very inconvenient. Also delivery dumped in foyer. Weighs 10.5 kilo.

I am in love with this easel, it came pakaged with excellent detailed. Not like things you buy from china. Great quality, easy to put together.

Setting this up took time but I finally got there. Very solid construction and heavy , you don't want to be moving this around too many times it is huge. I'm very pleased with it only issue is a slight dent in the wood. Overall I'm happy with this floor easel, not sure if I would get another one of these as a spare due to the headache of setting this up. Very happy.
