Good flavor, easy to use

Very good vegetarian products I’ve eaten them since I was the high school student and love them to this day. The only place I can find them are on Amazon a good price and it just everything I remember from growing up.

This is one of my favorite foods. When we were children, we had it a lot. It’s hard to get now it’s a company that originally made it sold to a company in Australia so it’s a whole lot more expensive. But I think it’s the best.

Works great in old recipes that call for some of the older products that aren't made anymore in this line. Proteena roast for example.

There have been rumors about this Atlantic company bringing back Loma Linda/Worthington foods. I think this might be the attempt to bring back Nuteena, either way, it's good. I'll take it. It's pale, more like nutmeat or notmeat, not as peanutty as Nuteena.

Mix with onion and mayonaise for the best sandwich or cut in circles and fry with a sauce

This Australian product or ones much like it have been available for many decades. The flavour is light, but what else could be expected from a mixture of water, peanuts, and salt? The texture is soft, which adds a little difficulty when slicing, but it can be pushed from the can if a knife is run around the inside edge first. I grew up with the product, or its British or American equivalents, so may have acquired a taste for it; however, the flavour is so light it can hardly be offensive!
