Nice bag for the price.I’m disappointed that the purple is not as pictured in the listing. I got a bag that is more of a red-brown, more what I’d call cordovan or maroon. Kids agree they’d never call this purple, either.In terms of construction for the price, the only thing I’d like more is if the side seams were flat/overlapped vs a flat outward seam.

I bought the purple bag to match a dress I was wearing to an event but the color was more of a burgundy with a purple tint. So, I sent the purple bag back and ordered the color “purple new-style” it was a perfect match. I included a picture of the purple next to my burgundy sweater (top) and purple new-style next to my purple outfit (bottom), you can see the difference.Also, these bags are very roomy and lightweight. The material is cheap and thin so I would not recommend using them for everyday use but they are perfect to wear with an outfit or two.

This is a great value for the price. I like that I can use disinfectant wipes on it after sitting it on the ground, taking it on planes, public bathrooms, etc. It's a nice size and decently made but I do wish the straps were a bit sturdier and sewn on better. The stitching does not go all the way to the edge of the bag so tearing will happen sooner than later, esp if you load it up like I do. But for the price, it's a great tote. It holds a lot and has an inner pocket for phone. The color is pretty but it's NOT purple as it appears online. It's more of a mulberry or a dull plum. Darker than mauve, but not enough pink to be called fuchsia. It's too purple-y to be wine.
