This does everything I can think of that a scale should do. There was a learning curve at first, but the seller has great documentation, including tons of youtube videos. Seller also had great customer service. I needed to change some barcode settings to match a certain format my POS (point of sale) system read, and I somehow made the barcode disappear entirely, and couldn't get it back. I called the number on the seller's website, and, to my surprise, talked to a real person who scheduled a time the same day to sit down and help me. He was patient and determined, and we eventually got the formatting correct. It works perfectly. Now I can download hundreds of products to the scale at once, update their prices remotely, and not have to rely on an employee to hand-jam price changes. If there was a learning curve on my end, it is made up for by the fact that the end user now has nothing to learn. I give him a PLU cheat sheet to match the produce names he's familiar with and away he goes. I searched at length online and couldn't find a scale any cheaper than this one that did what I needed, and now that I found this one, I don't know why you would pay more. It's the right tool for a small specialty food store.

Exactly what we were looking for in a scale! We wanted a scale that would print price labels and this was perfect! I can’t express enough how easy it was to program and use! My mother (terrible, terrible with tech) quickly learned how to use the speed keys. Super satisfied with this purchase! This was a way better experience than the deflecto scale we bought and a different scale came (still waiting on the refund :( ). We bought it used from VisionTechShop and it came intact and with all the parts perfectly packed. Shipping was faster than the expected date as well so that was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

I tried to do most on my own, calibrate, program, and so on, the instruction manual they provide is very helpful but I had some limitations, for which I contacted customer service and they helped a way lot!!! They solved the problem is was having. FYI, I caused the problem by playing with the setting so it was never their fault. I recommend this scale, it is perfect!! I have bought 5 of them for my store. I don’t like the fact that the numeric keypad wears out really fast; they are kind of disposable. That’s the Achilles’ tendon of the scale.

Needed a new scale for our store and started searching. This scale came up and we were eager to buy it. Once it came in we tried to enter the items manually but we had issues. However, after contacting the support team we had full operation of the scale. They helped install the program and taught a new and easier way to enter items. The support team was very kind and helpful with all of our issues and had great customer service. The scale is great and affordable and is worth the buy.

Never buy this garbage again try to print keep saying check labels check label. I don’t know how many time I fixed that keep repeating it getting so annoying. Done with that couldn’t even get help from tech uff.

This is an excellent label printing scale for the price. It has the same or maybe more features than the large name brands of label printing scale out there. We've been using it for a few months now and it still running great. The scale also comes with a USB drive with their own software called XDB Manager for all your PLU and configuration needs. Also, their customer service is excellent. They get in contact in very short time and they are very patient.
