I am pleased with this product, as I tried 3 different brands before settling on this one. Post a knee replacement surgery I unfortunately was loosing hair by the handful, I am blessed to have thick hair or I may have had to buy a wig. lol I stayed consistent with taking the supplement for months, and my results were great, my hair not only thickened back up, but also grew. At 55 hair growth is slower normally, but this product defies that. I would say you must be faithful and take a pill daily, for some duration, I’m talking 6mo at least. You don’t loose hair if you decide to stop taking them. I have gone off and on as needed for hair growth, and have been happy with the results throughout. No supplement is a miracle overnight cure, give it the time required to work. As for incontinence it was helpful, but I also take pumpkin seed oil that helps. For women, a side effect that was absolutely apparent was the increase of breast size! But I knew this was a potential effect ahead of time, I did quite a bit of research on saw palmetto. This side effect was why I went off the product from time to time. 😉 I have also added it to my husbands veggie and beet morning supplements and see positive results for him too! They do not bother our stomach’s, no headaches or any other apparent symptoms. So worth the purchase and added regimen!

I would definitely recommend this product for the variety of benefits it offers. I bought this product after reading a few articles regarding the anti-aging benefits of taking saw palmetto. While I knew it was most widely known for helping reduce hair loss and balance hormone levels in men, I have done extensive research and found that it can be a great anti-aging supplement, especially when taken in combination with other supplements because it is a DHT blocker. DHT is a hormone that causes hair loss, a decrease in collagen levels and collagen production, along with a host of other issues that arise during the aging process. I personally bought saw palmetto to combat age-related issues. When combined with hydrolyzed collagen and hyaluronic acid supplements, saw palmetto can work with the other supplements to improve skin and hair, and help increase collagen production as a result of blocking DHT. My hope is to improve my skin, nails, joints, and bone health. I have been taking the supplement for over 2 months. I don’t expect miracle anti-aging results overnight; however, I do see an overall improvement in my complexion and my hair, which was beginning to fall out more rapidly and thin (at age 45). My hair seems to be growing in thicker. I see quite a few hairs growing which is noticeable mixed in with my long hair. It will take some time to even out. I also have noticed an improvement in my complexion. I will continue to take this supplement as I have had no bad side effects and do believe it is helping with the issues I mentioned above.

Honestly I was hesitant to try this product, So many reviews and statements on this particular product stated by mostly men, so want sure what to do, So I began researching Saw palmetto and was excited I found something to help with my problems, I'm 44 female and my hormones are so off and hair thinning like crazy and needed something more natural, I've bow been taking this products for almost 7 weeks, my nails are growing thick and long and it seemed like i had only been maybe taking these a week if that and noticed my nails, Bow as far as my hair, I can see little hairs growing on the little spots from thinning and also, when I was washing my hair before the product, once I put conditioner in my hair I felt extremely thin on my head, but now it seems like its a little thicker, almost 8 weeks and I'm satisfied, Anyone looking to go natural and no harsh treatments, this is wonderful, easy to swallow pills, no bitter or rough taste during or after your dose, and no side effects. I have a sensitive prostate, and this has really helped me to feel better and not notice pain or tension in that area. It's usually stress or too much caffeine that does that, and this has helped me not notice or worry about it. And I love that it's only one pill, so it's easy to add to my daily supplement pack.

I tried this for the first time because I have issues peeing and get up like 7 to 8 times a night and it drives me insane. So I took two of these yesterday. When I got them. I went to bed and I was amazed that I only woke up twice and when I didn't have any problem going to the bathroom I had full power again like I had before which means my bladder is being emptied out properly. I am totally amazed by this product already just from one use one day. I will continue to use it because I could not handle getting up at night so many times and losing sleep. Hopefully I can start refreshing my body and catch up in my sleep now.
