Great! Works like a charm.
Great! Works like a charm. It’s much longer than the original version that came with my device. The feel is surprisingly high quality for a charger. It feels like silk. It’s a strange thing to say about a charger, but what can I say? It’s really nice. It charges with no problems whatsoever, so I’m satisfied.

Charger life
Unfortunately the life of this charger was of 1.5 months. I spent some time searching for a good option and that’s what I got.

Poor build quality for how much you pay for.
In addition to completely breaking internally, making the cord go sideways and come loose form the covering, the block constantly makes a whirling noise and sometimes smells like burnt plastic. It started breaking within the first couple months and now almost one year later it has completely died. I am writing this review with the last of the charge on my laptop that I cannot now recharge. Do not waste your money on this product, just buy the cheap one and they will probably break in the same amount of time.

Works but doesn’t last more than a year
I’ve purchased two…. One in 2022 and another in 2023. With daily use, it broke after a year of use which results in me having to buy another each year. But it does work and I’ve never received one in bad shape.

Great replacement charger for Surface Book 2!
We got this replacement charger for the Surface Book 2. It has super long cords (almost 12-feet in total!) for great range from the outlet, doesn't get warm to the touch at all, and has a light on the mag connector to show good connection while charging. It takes maybe 2 hours to completely recharge the Surface Book 2, which is WAY faster than the previous charger we had for it. We're very happy with this purchase!

Sufficient replacement, but not good quality
Pros: my charger broke after years of use, bought this one and it does get the job done. It has the same appearance as charger that came with the computerCons: It is not made with good quality. Not long after having it I had to buy another replacement. It is the connection between the plug and the wires from the computer keep separating. However, I need a charged computer so I continue to buy.
