Orderd a small and it fits pretty well. I normally wear a size 2-4. It's very comfortable and easy to nurse my baby in. It's a little bit loose but that would be a good thing if you are wearing it while pregnant or just after birth. My little one is 8mo old now :) I am 5'3" and the dress hits well below my knees.
