im so happy with the bag, i never want to use anything else. the only thing i thought was a little weird is that the adjustable part of the straps are upside down so the ends stick up, rather than down like other back packs? and the front pocket is awkward to zip with the key rings in so i just took them out but other than that its very sturdy and good material !
