My visor arrived and it is cracked - please advise

This arrived today and I see people now have complained about cracks and dents in the visor. Mine has arrived damaged and I only have tomorrow and Monday to find a new one disappointed especially as you have had various people say this is happening and you still believe you can pack these flat pack NO YOU MUST REVIEW THIS

I am looking for something like this for running in sun or rain. Is this rainproof/waterproof?
