Hi , the coat is padded for warmth so I would not say it is slim fit in the way that a pair of jeans or a shirt can be slim fit . But the coat is light and very comfortable to wear . I am just over 6 foot tall and the L size fits me perfectly.

Hi I cannot say as I returned it. I ordered a medium, I am 5ft 7ins and it came just above my ankles. Hope this helps.

Buy a xxl it's better to be a little big than small

It isn't fully waterproof... the material that covers the body holds out more water than the material that covers the arms does. In a strong downpour and or after an hour or two in the rain the coat does eventually allow water to seep through leaving a small amount of dampness to inner layers. However it is very good at keeping you warm.
