Delicious and it lasts longer than other goat cheeses if you have a sensitivity to cow cheese. It works great as slices or blocks on a trey or shredded on to a pizza and cooked! All tasty.

I can’t have dairy or cows Milk, but Goat milk is fine. This cheese is amazing, and so delish!

I'm not sure I could tell the difference between cow's-milk cheese and goat cheese. (I've been wanting to try a healthier non-cow's milk cheese for a long time, so this was it.) For me, it's a win! I grated it and used it with tacos. Give it a try if you're on the fence. Hope this was helpful!

It is so much better than the goat cheese I’ve had in the past. Without that weird aftertaste. Husband bought this as part of a wine and cheese pairing gift and we ended up fighting over this one.

This cheese has a great mild flavor (kid friendly). The texture is a little harder than cheddar, but it holds together well in slices and doesn't crumble unless you want it to. It melts really well. We ate it straight and also melted it in stuffed baked potatoes. Will definitely get this again!

This brand of cheese was my favorite and the only one that I would buy (the cheddar and/or the mozzarella). However, over the last month, I noticed that the cheese no longer has a smooth texture and now is very crumbly as if small chunks of the cheese were mashed together to form a block. I thought I just purchased a bad one and so I went to another store that sells it; all was unfortunately the same. Very disappointing.
