Each section opens with a lively presentation page which introduces the point of grammar. Grammar explanations are short, clear and easy to remember. Colour is used to highlight grammatical contrasts. Each grammar explanation is followed immediately by an activity, so that students can practise before moving on to the next explanation. Engaging practice activities include Internet exercises which enable students to see how language is used in real life, Do-it-yourself exercises which encourage students to discover how grammar works, and personalisation activities which allow students to use the grammar to talk about themselves. There are 'More practice' and a revision test at the end of each section. OEGC Intermediate has units at two levels. Plenty of practice but the explanations of the grammar and ...
Plenty of practice but the explanations of the grammar and its style of approach seems to already presuppose knowledge of the subject. Its meant to be a book for the basic level of language learning and yet on its first page already mentions aspects that require you to have worked through other parts of the book. Not a book for the uninitiated

For BRITISH English, not American English
This is a guide to BRITISH English, not American English. That said, it is a great resource with a great deal of practice for each grammar lesson covered. Well designed and easy to read. Depending on your needs, I could be a great resource.

Efficace et bien construit
Acheté pour ma fille de 10 ans, ce livre est parfaitement bien çonstruit pour les.debutants (petits et grands) : des leçons pratiques et des exercices que l'on peut compléter directement dans le livre. Pas d'illustrations, mais c'est un livre de grammaire, donc..... un bon ouvrage pour avoir les bases en anglais chapitre après chapitre.

Un excelente libro de gramática inglesa
Estoy estudiando inglés por mi cuenta porque no tengo tiempo de acudir a academias. Buscaba un buen libro de gramática, para asentar y afianzar los aspectos básicos. El libro me parece excelente: se divide en unidades, todo super bien estructurado. En la primera unidad ves el be and have, en la segunda present tenses... Y en cada unidad te va explicando todo, y al mismo tiempo hay muchos ejercicios para ponerlo en práctica. Además tienes las soluciones, para poder auto corregirte los ejercicios. Todo super claro, con ejemplos... La verdad es que me parece un excelente libro de gramática para todo aquel que estudie por su cuenta, como para el que quiera reforzar conocimientos o simplemente tener una guía de gramática. Cuando termine este libro me compraré el del siguiente nivel.

Excelente es muy bueno para aprender ingles la mejor manera es el saber el porque y estudiando gramatica es la mejor forma la universidad de Oxford es de las mejores para aprender ingles lo recomiendo ampliamente
