This wobble cushion is a really useful product, especially if you want to improve your posture or support your back. I started using it while sitting and it helps encourage a more upright position rather than slouching. It is also great if you have some back pain, as it gently engages your core and helps keep your body more stable. I noticed that sitting on it makes me more aware of my posture throughout the day. Another great thing is that you can also use it for balance exercises. It is very versatile and works well both as a seat cushion and as part of a simple exercise routine. Overall it feels well made and easy to inflate. A very helpful product if you want to improve posture, work on balance, or add some gentle movement while sitting.

Really useful for recovery ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Core Balance Wobble Cushion Physio Air Stability Cushion has been brilliant for my daughter’s ankle recovery after her break. Her physio recommended it, and it’s helped improve her balance, strengthen muscles around the ankle, and make rehab exercises more effective. It’s comfortable to use, feels well‑made, and adds just the right challenge without being too intimidating. A simple but very effective tool for physio at home very happy with how well it’s helped her progress!

Appears well made, however colour is quite a dark grey, not a silver grey as in the picture. It was hard to get the needle of the pump in the hole and the needle looks to have bent a little, but it has done the job for now - I hope the pump lasts as long as the cushion. Once inflated I can't get out the dents around the edge of the cushion. I have read other reviews where there has been the same issue, I have let the air out and inflated it again a couple of times making sure to not over inflate, but the dents remain. Bought for my Autistic 5 year old who struggles to sit still and hopefully he can use it for standing on too to help with his balance. He likes it, especially the very bumpy side, but was distracted by the dents in the side. Can get these for half the price but paid more hoping I wouldn't have the issues some others have had, but I still have had.

Happy with the purchase daughter loves it very solid

I bought this as my physio had advised practicing single leg balances on a wobble cushion to aid in recovery from a broken ankle and I don't find it very good for that purpose. If you inflate the recommended amount it grounds out on part of your foot when you stand on it, despite me being well under the maximum weight limit. If you inflate it more, the edges start getting weird, which the instructions say is a sign of overinflation and you shouldn't do as it may cause it to burst. It's alright as a cushion to sit on if that's what you want it for, but not really suitable for my purposes.

This has really helped my daughter, it helps her concentration and she finds it really useful. It is a little fiddly trying to inflate but got there in the end, great that the pump is included too.

Good piece of kit

I bought this to help with my dogs physical therapy exercises, but unfortunately, the shape of the cushion is completely warped. It’s not leaking air or deflating, but straight out of the box, it folds in on itself and refuses to sit flat or round like it's supposed to. Because the structure is so misshapen, you can’t get a balanced or safe position on it for exercises. The rubber material itself feels thick and heavy-duty, but the build quality control is definitely lacking. Also the handle came off the pump when pumping the cushion up. Disappointing.
