Maintains a constant temperature consistently and keeps the loss of water in the bath down to nothing. We’ve used it for up to 38 hours cooking and highly recommend it. Well made and should last a long time. Very pricey but certainly expands possibilities for marathon sous vide cooking!

I grill & smoke meats about 3 times a week. I've used this 4 times to rest my briskets for long periods of time and connect it to my sous vide and set temp to 140° with water after vacuum sealing my brisket. This set-up is a Gane changer for those who like to smoke for example briskets & it's finished too late to late to have for dinner that night. Just fill with bucket with water, (if you have a sous vide) set temp, place lid over, & cover. It'll taste like you just pulled it off of your smoker or grill. I've used it for 18 pound briskets & durability, fit, heat temp has yet to be a problem. Great price!!!!

I love my sous vide and ordered this bath for larger items. Unfortunately, the lid only comes in one size and as it turns out, it does not fit my appliance. There are universal lids but I expected for what I paid it would have fit rather than investing in another lid. The supplier responded very quickly and recommended another supplier that has universal lids which I have ordered.

I think the wire rack was extra, not sure but didn't care enough to research.

Once you start to sous vide and you start dialing in the time and temperature, you’re going to love this product. This product works great and makes it so easy and convenient to meal plan, but best of all the tenderness and flavor will amaze you and your guests. Takes your culinary skills to a whole new level.

I bought this for a dear friend who was using her refrigerator vegetable drawer to cook the food in. She loved the container because it has an actual place for the (cooking part, sorry I cannot spell it and don’t have time to look it up). Anyway she loves it.

This product was very expensive, but I bought it anyway because I wanted a nice, high-quality product that would last for a long time. When it arrived, I realized that it was just cheap Chinese plastic. It works fine, but seems cheap and flimsy. In hindsight, I should have just bought the least expensive brand, and the quality would be similar. This product should be priced in the $40-$50 range. I feel like I got ripped off.
