Ice pack works well after being in the freezer. But it is not made for all people. Strap doesn’t do up round my dad. Would have been helpful to have size on it to make sure

I love this lower back gel ice pack. It works amazing in microwave and in freezer. The shape is perfect and fit so great, even on my tailbone. Gives the right amount of heat or cold needed. Velcro is sturdy and comfortable.

I recommend this ice pack
Works well, has a bit of an off-putting smell like chemicals. Hopefully that will go away. I only bought the one gel pack version, however a quart size ziplock bag with ice works well in the pouch too so even though I regretted not buying the double at first, I’m happy now that I was able to save a few bucks.

Strong Toxic Smell
As much as I want to love this product and helpful it is that it helps my back pain. The strap has a strong toxic smell to it, that makes me nauseated while wearing it.

Pretty good!
Life saver for before and after back surgery! I can use ice or heat when needed. I would suggest making the insert thicker as it leaks if you sit on it too long. I had to order another to replace one of them.
