Will this fit a 2022 ktm 300 xcw tpi?

Yes it will fit. Handlebars have different widths in the middle, but the hand area is always the same.

Will they work with heated grips and hand gaurds?

The will work fine with hand guards but grip heaters I would say no. They are bonded on plastic tubes so the under grip heating pads won’t work.
