Strange design - the lids stay only in two states - either they are closed, or they are not on a pot. You can not keep them in slightly opened position like on other pots - they slide back to fully closed position. And when the pot it fully closes, there is always small amount of water dripping on the cooking surface. So, I like the pots, but the sound of dripping/burning water and the need to clean the burners after every cooking is really annoying. If I had this experience before, I would probably try another set.

Not worth the price, at all.
Even though I have followed all the manufacturer's instruction how to preseason the pans, it doesn't help. I bought this set about three years ago. My dutch oven is not used and the big sauce pan is used hardly couple of times. I mostly use the skillet and the covered fry pan. First of all the lid design is horrible. As steam builds up it drips all around the pan and hisses on the stove, no matter how low heat I use to cook (for example, cooking rice in very low heat). The skillet is warped in the middle (12") and all the non stick part is gone after a month or so. I use either oil, butter or cooking spray only because I need to and you can't cook everything fat free. Most recipes requires some kind of oil, or butter or ghee. The middle is totally peeled off which is not good for health. I don't know if the manufacturer will refund or replace the pan (which they should). Also, I looked into local Waste Management program and call to find out if they will take the metal pans for recycling. In our area there are places who takes all kinds of metal, including cooking pans for recycling. Do not through it simply in the trash bin. Thank you all for reading.
