no the poultry and brown gravy do not. However the country gravy does contain dry powder milk

To make 1 1/4 cups use 1/4 gravy mix and 1 1/4 cups of water. Mix both ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium-high heat, simmer for 5-8 minutes. Directions are printed on the back of container for 1 1/4 cups, 1 qt. and 1 gallon. This gravy is delicious.
