5 Year Journal Diary – November 1, 2014

I like that this journal is a little larger than most. It makes it much easier to write year to year. My last one, I skipped the last year as it was too uncomfortable to write on the last few lines. The cover is a little fragile, more like cardstock - it remains to be seen how it will hold up over the five years. For now, I am very happy with it.

My cover was torn when I got it but I love the quotes at the top of the page. If you are a wordy person, this journal might not be right for you. Sometimes I feel there are not enough lines for the day.

I failed to realize this journal isn't hard cover. Bummer -- I wouldn't have purchased it if I had realized it's a soft cover.

Just began keeping a journal again. It will be interesting to read what I've written on this day next year and the years to come. I try to write little snippets about what my grand kids are doing so they can know, someday, how much I loved and cared for them.

I bought this five year journal with the best of intentions and even took it to my mother's last fall. It seems FaceBook gets my entries . . . not this book. But, I do write in it once in a while . . . just wish I did it more often.

It's okay...I don't like some of the quotes in the journal but it will do for my needs.

Pages are flimsy. Writing comes through the page.

Wonderful

Considering this is something intended to be picked up and written in almost 2000 separate times, I don't think it's made well enough. It's flimsy like a paperback book, and after only a couple of months of use, mine is already looking a little worn. I can't imagine how it'll look in 5 years, if it even manages to stay together that long.I have seen other nice ones on the market for about double the price. If I could go back, I'd certainly have opted for one of these.The book also has a quote at the top of each page. Some of these are interesting, most are 'fine', and some are down-right lame. I suppose this is subjective.The product was as described, but I wouldn't buy this one again.
