Any info on the conc. to use for hydroponic solution?

I use 12 grams of this fertilizer with 12 grams of calcium nitrate, and 6 grams of Epsom salt for every 5 gallons of water. In my hydroponic system. It works great.

Once mixed with water can this be sprayed on the tomato leaves?

Yes, that's actually the best way to apply it.

Drip system in garden

I have two gardens - an in ground raised bed with drip irrigation and a hydroponic tank with drip irrigation. The fertilizer for the in-ground is hand fed by pouring around the roots but the hydroponic is on a timer pump for 3 timews a day. Garden gets timer watered twice daily. Hyfroponic out produces the raised bed by 4 times I'd say. Both are fun.
