Frida Mom All-Natural Herbal + Epsom Salt Sitz Bath Tablets

Giving birth left me with 3rd degree tearing, I spent more time getting stitched up than actively pushing. The stitches also took longer to dissolve than the 6-10 days the doctor described. I was sore, scratchy, and despite the large amount of laxatives and stool softeners they sent me home with, I still got hemorrhoids. After 3 weeks postpartum I bought these to help progress the healing and oh my gosh these are so fantastic. They help with the stitches (the ending of them was irritating but it was too soon for my doc to trim it) and also sooth my hemorroid pain. I couldn't recommend this or Frida Mom brand enough.

My first birth I didn’t sits bath. My second I did, and the difference was night and day. These tablets are easy to use, and make mama feel special when you’re working so hard to care for your newborn!! Helped with healing tearing more quickly, and healing my hemorrhoids before they broke (they broke the first time - without the sitz baths - and took months to heal rather than weeks, and we’re much more painful). Every birth is different, but I think the herbs really made a difference the second time postpartum for both the above issues, but also just for taking time to pamper myself. Ten minute sitz bath before a quick shower every few days was all it took to feel cared for :) ❤️

These herbal, all natural, gems are fool-proof, and pack a refreshing dose of relief in just one, small tablet. Imagine it as an antacid tablet but for your privates. Moms, especially new ones need every time-saving efficient tool out there and these belong in your tool-kit. They work. Plain and simple. I am keeping them stocked for all future situations that call for a sitz bath because you never know when something suspect might show up down there and I want to know that relief is only a toss of a tablet away.

Everyone raves about the Frida Mom line but the tablets are definitely a must from their product line. This was used further along in my fourth trimester and I'm glad I had it on hand. No measuring, no bag to mess with, easy for storing too. When purchasing gifts for newborn, please don't forget about mom. The aches and pains of birth is no joke, pampering mom is greatly appreciated.

I don’t think these are worth the money. They did make me feel more pampered post partum but so did a normal epsom salt bath. There’s not many in the tube and post partum is rough so I’d recommend buying two packs if you’re going to bother. If you have extra money to spare I’d say they are worth a try but if you’re like me and on a tight budget with four children, just find a cheaper epsom salt bath or herbal bath that would essentially do the same thing. I found this to be true with a lot of the frida mom products. Nice to have, yes. But there are cheaper products that do the same thing.

These Sitz bath tablets should be in every new mom's postpartum arsenal. I am a mom of 4, my youngest being 2 months old, all vaginal births. Tearing is a an unfortunate part of childbirth that no one really talks about. So since no one talks about it, many new moms have no idea that they will experience it and aren't prepared for it at all. I love that these Sitz Bath tablets are already perfectly portioned and easy to use. You literally just drop one in and are ready to soak your sore vagina for immediate relief. I highly recommend them!

I used these in my sitz bath after my baby was born. I don’t know if they really helped, but they smelled great and that worked for me! They do go fast, so it got a little expensive, but I think it was worth it!
