Have to press really hard on the buttons to make it work. Otherwise no issues has been working fine.

Works great just installed batteries and worked right away. Buttons are not so soft but I am okay don't have to spend a lot of money for the remote.

Purchased a MAG 540 W3. While it comes with a remote, the installation techie recommended buying this one. in addition. The layout is more friendly to 80 year olds and stubby fingers. well worth the price for easier use..
