Parmesan is great for so many dishes. Soups, pasta, salads, sauces and more.This brand stays fresh, reasonably price and is delicious. A mild to medium flavor and one can grate as needed. Once you learn all you can do with Parmesan you will 100% want to stock up on this brand. Affordable and flavorful. My favorite.

Really good quality Parmesan!
This was excellent tasting, great for shredding finely. I used it on homemade pizza. I just wish it had been bigger, as I used it up pretty fast.

Great price for great cheese
I never run out of this cheese. I grate it on salads, pasta, of course and always use it in all my italian pasta dishes. It is easy to grate and very flavorful. Sometimes I use a potato peeler to shave it into this slices. I saw an episode of Rachel Ray, and she too, said it was a very good parm.

Good value, good taste
Great flavor but was a bit dried out, even in the shrink wrap. Still melted into my soup and tasted great.
