Ich habe mir das Buch als Vorbereitung auf meine neue Jobposition bestellt und rechnete mit dem Schlimmsten. Das es auf englisch ist, war dabei nichtmal meine größte Sorge. Aber ich habe gehört, dass IT-Bücher von Natur aus staubtrockener Lesestoff sein sollen. Um so überraschter bin ich, dass es bei diesem Buch nicht der Fall ist! Ich gehe sogar so weit zu behaupten, dass es sehr amüsant zu lesen ist und somit sogar Spaß macht. Und so ganz nebenbei vermittelt der Inhalt das Erhoffte. Ein Einblick in die Arbeit des IT-Supports und wie man seinen Hilfesuchenden so effektiv wie möglich helfen kann.
