yes and yes itll be based on what the screen requires and its best to get something that has GPIO or ribbon cable plug in. either one works and also has HDMI Micro located next to the plug for the Type C

The two USB ports are connected in parallel, so the UPS can control the two USB ports on or off at the same time.

2.8v shutoff is too low and will damage li ion batteries. Is there any way to increase that to 3.0 - 3.3v?

This module is fixed, there is no way to increase it to 3v-3.3v, the cut-off voltage of the lithium battery is 2.8v, it will not damage li ion batteries, it is with protection function itself

Do i need to remove my heatsinks from a previous kit that i've stuck on, or can this it with them?

The point is that if you don't disassemble the previous kit, where the new one to be installed? We do not suggest using it with previous kits
