When I first saw it, I just thought "This thing is not gonna last and won't even support my books. I was surprise to see that it hold my 7 pound book, I wouldnt say perfectly, but it holds it. I like that it has the side holder to keep the pages in place, and I like that is portable enough to fit in my backpack. Is so helpful and my neck is so thankful for getting this. My neck was getting strain because I usually read my book and type my notes on my laptop. I had to repeatedly face my book (that lay flat on my desk) and then face my laptop. In all, great product, and best $10 I ever pais for.

It folds up nicely, but it is not strong enough to hold a hard cover book. The first time I used it, the little hook used to hold the book open broke. Don't buy it. There are better ones on the market.

Well you get what you pay for. This does function but it will not hold a book of any weight because it is cheap plastic but does fold up nicely. In retrospect I should have not been so cheap and bought something that actually could hold some weight (even though it took up a bit more space).

Nice compact stand for your kindle. Folds up to carry anywhere. Also, can use for holding your recipe card when baking or cooking in the kitchen.

My daughter was complaining that her neck hurt from keeping her head down for long hours of reading. She'll be taking this stand to school this Fall. It will fit easily into her backpack and not be heavy. I was surprised at how light-weight and yet very sturdy the stand is.

This book stand does the job. It holds the heaviest of books, folds and is compact. Plus, it's super cute because it's pink!

Simple, cute and very light to carry around. It serves it's purpose, which is to help keep my papers standing so I can read it while typing. Only problem I had with it was the two little plastic arms that were made to help hold the pages doesn't work. Once you pull it it does not clip back in nicely to its slot it sticks out but you can just push it down so it's not in the way.
