LOUSY Customer Service!
I'm a contractor and we have used and loved Montolit tile tools a lot in the past and have always been very impressed with them. This particular tool would not cut without crumbling the edges. I'm returning it. This seller refuses to pay return postage. I have called their office twice over the course of a week and left messages. They do not pick up and they have not returned phone calls.Do not buy from this vendor.

box was damage and want cut tile
box was damaged and cast bottom was damage. i sent pics and they said i zoomed pics up that it wasn't that bad. rail below cutting wheel is chipped which probably messed cutter up. cut 8 tile all jagged. probably good tool though this one is damaged .
