How can i order a replacement cable for the bluetooth connection to usb header? mine is damaged!

Hello, please contact us via amazon message or email id ( serviceedup@outlook.com ) , we will free send a new cable to you in time.

Does the bluetooth module support apt-x, apt-x hd, and/or ldac? (in its windows drivers)

It's really up to Microsoft or manufacturers like Sony. Combability is there but can't be use without software supporting it.

Every time I reboot I have a driver error pop up. I have to uninstall the drivers then scan for hardware changes to make it work?

Hello, please try to uninstall the driver, then download and reinstall the drivers from website: https://www.szedup.com/ep9636gspro/ ; And please try to test this card with other PCIe interfaces of your motherboard. If still have problem, please contact us via amazon message to email to serviceedup@outlook.com, thanks!

Got this today, need to replace the bracket as i have a slim pc chassis; how do i do it unscre the nuts first or unscrew philips heads and pull wires?

Yes unscrew the nuts on the 2 antenna probes going through the bracket then they will slide through . then unscrew the 2 screws that hold bracket onto the wireless card . Reverse process to put small bracket onto the card then put in proper slot in pc .
