Not a placebo effect
Negative, absolutely disgusting stuff to taste that clings to your palate so you have to mix it with yoghurt or honey. Positives, it's great, and has made a difference.

Comes with a spoon that is to big , I measured it on jewelers scales 1 level spoonful and it is more than double the amount recommend maybe that is why some people are saying it made them vomit. I buy lots of various power supliments always best to measure them and not rely on the free spoons they come with.

Terrible taste - not for the faint hearted!
I’m sorry to say this, but I found it impossible to take - with food and in water, the taste is unacceptable, really awful. Unfortunately, I shall have to return the unopened ones. The opened one, I will throw away.

Made me vomit!!
Awful stuff... I added the recommended amount to water and it tastes absolutely vile! It made my mouth dry up like I was chewing cardboard. I used it for a few days and each time felt a bit nauseous after consuming it... then on the third day, literally a minute after consuming it, I was violently sick! I have a strong stomach and not much makes me sick but this stuff was the worst thing I've ever consumed! AVOID!
