It's a super product bcz I'm using from 6 years and I'm booked new one and got then packing was not good with open image... Bad packing.. 👎... Plug wire quality is not good.

Worst product.Stopped working within 1.5..I used it..rarely.Worst part is no support from customer service which is under warranty.. I have been waiting for service for almost 3weeks now but no one is giving proper response, they simply take our complaint as query and closed it on once call is ended. No service.. No replacement...though they give 2yrs warranty.. Worst customer care.. Fooling customers.. It gets more worst when you buy it online asked me to go shop where I purchased.. Such is the service.. AMAZONE please do not allow thease kind of products to be sold on amazone.

Perhaps this is one of the most beautiful immersion rods available currently on Amazon. But it doesn't only look good, it delivers excellent performance, easily boiling a standard bucket of water in around 15 minutes. I did note many negative reviews with pictures showing a broken product. I think a possible reason for this is because people aren't following the instructions properly. Here are a few tips from my side which might prevent such incidents - 1. Use a wooden/metal rod to hang the immersion rod while using it. Don't place it directly in contact with the bucket. In most cases, your bucket will burn and might also damage the product. 2. There is a minimum & maximum level marked on the immersion rod. Make sure that the water level is within these marks. Going beyond the maximum level might short circuit your device and going below the minimum level might lead to disintegration as shown in many reviews. 3. This is just an extra tip. If you want your water to boil even faster, simply switch off power supply and swirl the water periodically. Once I got fully hot water within 10 minutes doing this. 4. After usage, use a dry cloth to softly dry the device. 5. Don't let the metal part strike anything, as once the inner layer is exposed, it will start to corrode. It's only been a few times that I've used this product as of now and only a long term usage will enable me to write a better review but I think it's going to deliver good performance for a long time.
