Completely feel cheated
Feel completely cheated by JPT after being a loyal customer for the last two years. To begin with the consistency of the solution is watery than the Gel type that I have been using. Secondly there is no foam, not a single drop.l, just water when using with the foam lance. (I do know the difference between foam lance and soap dispenser) even with a 50-50 mix of water and shampoo, no foam. Really disappointed in the product. And please don't say I dont know how to use it, I have been doing this forever, even before JPT came out with the product.
