This stuff is awesome. It is the best psuedo-meant veggie product I have ever tried. I went back and bought out my local store, and am now about to put in an amazon order too. Great in breakfast tacos, nachos etc. This is by far the happiest I've ever been eating vegetarian. Please never stock making this.

Product arrived unrefrigerated (much less frozen) and at room temperature.

This is my favorite product from Morningstar Farms but I can no longer find it anywhere and I am crushed. Please bring this back Morningstar! My breakfast burritos are not the same. I combine this with eggs and cheese and freeze them for a week's worth of quick breakfasts. It tastes better after being frozen, as the flavors mix better. I also love to make a vegan chili with this. The chili is great on a baked potato. Honestly, so many uses for this item. It tastes just like chorizo but with an added vinegar tartness that I love.
