5PCS White Leather Violin Bridge Parchment String Protectors E-String

Needed for setting up new violin bridges.

Works like proper bridge parchments. Soak them in water a little to soften, then install onto the bridge with glue on one side. They were cut just as inaccurately as the photos show, but you could cut them to your preferred size. They are about the correct size for a violin or viola bridge. I used them for violin bridges. It’s a shame you pay so much for only 5 though.

These are extremely thin, much thinner than the bridge protectors for the AA and the strings that I remember from decades ago. They look almost as though they were just sliced from skin (which I guess is what leather is made from technically). I guess they have just enough thickness in them to get the job done, time will tell when I actually try installing and using them.
