Make the dough you normally make. But you need to make the loaf 1.5 times larger than you make your average loaf.

Q: how many pound of bread will this pan make?

I would venture to say that this is a 900 gram dough capacity. I tried a 2 kg dough and it overflowed and made a mess. The 900 gram dough should require 480 grams bread flour (100%) or 4 cups at 120 grams per cup. Then use Baker's percentages for all the ingredients: 1% yeast, 2% salt, 6% sugar, 12% butter. The liquid should be 66% (50-50 Water/milk is good) I hope this totals approximately 900 grams. Good luck.
